Without you I feel lonely

Day Thirteen: The BVM in the Kingdom of the Divine Will

It was only a matter of time.

I was ready, present to you and I heard your whispers your meek, mild gentle tones in between cleaning dishes washing laundry and caring for small children.

In my heart was a humble lonely longing. I did not understand it, yet I responded by visiting the most quiet Canadian Martyrs Catholic Church sanctuary in Richmond, BC.

For 10 years I visited the quiet and sat beside the forth station of the cross where Mary meets Christ on the Road to Golgatha.

I didn’t know this at the beginning — I learned it only later when I began to know about the 15 Stations of Christ’s Passion, the way of the cross.

And Mary said:

“Without you I feel lonely.”
